1. Claim Intimation/ Registration.
2. Copy of policy.
3. Appointment of officer for immediate spot inspection & spot photographs.
4. Claim form duly filled up and signed.
5. Engineer’s Estimation of Loss/ Damage.
6. Engineer’s estimates submitted at the time of insurance.
7. Fire Brigade report.
8. Appointment of surveyors.
9. Surveyors report Evaluation.
10. Settlement.

Building Claims: (In addition to the above checklist)

1. Copy of plan, if any
