- Appointment of officer for immediate spot inspection & spot photographs.
- Claim form duly filled up and signed.
- Engineer’s Estimation of Loss/ Damage.
- Engineer’s estimates submitted at the time of insurance.
- Fire Brigade report.
- Appointment of surveyors.
- Surveyors report Evaluation.
- Settlement.
